WHAT IS SUBLIMATION PRINTING?
Sublimation printing is a specialised process used to create fully customised sportswear and team uniforms. Using heat and pressure, sublimation dyes are transferred into polyester fibres, making the colours and graphics part of the fabric rather than a separate layer sitting on top.
This process allows detailed designs, club colours, sponsor logos, player names, numbers and full-coverage graphics to be incorporated into a garment while maintaining a smooth and lightweight finish. Because the design is embedded into the polyester fibres, it will not crack or peel like some surface-applied printing methods.
