WHY DOES SUBLIMATION PRINTING GO WRONG?
Sublimation printing can produce vibrant, professional and long-lasting sportswear, but the finished result depends heavily on the quality of the original artwork, correct colour management and accurate logo sizing. Poor preparation before production can lead to faded colours, blurred graphics and branding that appears too large, too small or incorrectly positioned.
High-resolution artwork is important for sharp logos and graphics. Low-resolution, pixelated or incorrectly prepared files may produce soft or blurred results when enlarged for garment printing. Accurate measurements are also essential so club logos, sponsor branding, player names and numbers are produced at the intended size and position.
Colour management is another important part of sublimation. Colours displayed on a computer screen can differ from the final printed fabric, which is why correct artwork preparation, colour profiles and production testing are important. Flat Out Sportswear works through your design, colours, logo placement and measurements before production to help achieve a professional finished result.
